JOIN US IN PERSON OR ON ZOOM. Not for nothing is the Tanach (Hebrew Bible) known as “The Book of Books”. For millennia, it has stirred debate, dissension, war, love, cruelty and hope. But inspiring as it is, we are often daunted at the sheer size of it – 24 books that span thousands of years, 22 000 verses and over 300 000 Hebrew words (nearly a million English words)! Take a step back, take flight and get an aerial view of this awesome work with the Academy. At this height, you can gain insight into its central themes and messages, and dip into its understanding of G-d, humanity and history. Get a Bird’s-Eye View of the greatest work of literature and theology in history.
